Privacy policy
Last updated September 9, 2026. This covers the marketing site and waitlist. It is not a customer data processing addendum for the HRIS.
Who we are
Staffquorum operates this website at staffquorum.com. Contact hello@staffquorum.com.
What we collect
If you use the waitlist form we collect name, work email, company, optional headcount, optional product interest, and any note you write. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and the page you requested. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel on this site as shipped.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to reply about Staffquorum and to sequence early access. We do not sell it. If you configure Formspree or Resend, those processors receive the same fields so they can deliver the message.
Cookies and analytics
The site may set a small number of cookies required to run the page (for example, to keep a form session honest). As shipped, we do not load a marketing analytics suite or advertising cookies. If that changes, this section will say so and the date at the top will move.
Sharing
We share waitlist data with the delivery processor you configure (Formspree or Resend) and with hosting providers that operate the site. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site from abuse.
Retention and your requests
Waitlist records stay until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them for the launch conversation. Email hello@staffquorum.com to request deletion or a copy of what we have. If you are in a US state that grants additional privacy rights, we will honor a reasonable request through that same address.
Children
This site is for employers and operators. We do not seek information from children.
Product data is a later document
When the HRIS is generally available we will publish a fuller privacy notice and, where required, a data processing addendum for employee records you store in the product. This page does not cover that production data.
Changes
The date at the top of this page will change when we revise it.
