Mobile employee self-service

Clock, Time off, and Me — on a phone they will actually use.

Employees and managers get a phone bottom bar: Clock, Time off, and Me. Large punch controls, stacked PTO, and document or onboarding cards. Same record as the desk.

Why it matters

A field tech should not need a laptop to punch, request two days, or find the handbook. The phone is three tabs. The file is still the one operators already run.

Staffquorum’s mobile employee self-service is the phone surface for the jobs people already do. Clock is a large in, out, and break control with the same device, IP, and location trail as the desk clock. Time off stacks vacation, sick, and pending hours so a thumb can request leave. Me holds document and onboarding cards on the employee’s own file. Managers get the same three tabs for their own punch, leave, and documents. Approvals stay in the manager queue — this page does not invent a fourth tab.

On the record

What you get in Staffquorum.

  • Phone bottom bar: Clock, Time off, and Me — for employees and for managers.
  • Large punch controls. In, out, and break are thumb-sized, not a squeezed desktop form.
  • The punch still stores device, source IP, and location when the phone can provide them.
  • Stacked PTO: balances and pending hours, then a request that routes to the manager of record.
  • Me-tab cards for documents to sign and onboarding work still open.
  • Same employee record as the directory. No second mobile roster.

How it runs

A week in this workflow.

  1. 01

    Open Clock

They tap In or Out. Staffquorum stores the time plus whatever location and IP the session can provide. The button is large on purpose.

  2. 02

    Request from Time off

Balances stack. They pick dates and a code. Pending hours show before anyone approves.

  3. 03

    Finish work on Me

Document and onboarding cards sit on their file. Sign, acknowledge, or see what is still open — without a chase email.

Who uses it

Built for the jobs you already have.

Yard and warehouse teams

Jordan punches from the Dallas yard. The Clock tab is the whole job at 7:58 AM. Time off and Me wait until a break.

New hires on day one

The handbook and remaining onboarding tasks are cards on Me. They do not hunt a shared drive from a phone browser.
