Yard and warehouse teams
Jordan punches from the Dallas yard. An icon on the home screen is the whole job at 7:58 AM. A bookmarked tab is something they lose between shifts.
Installable app
Employees can install Staffquorum as a web app on the phone they already carry. The icon opens Clock, Time off, and Me. This is not a store listing — it is the product they already use, pinned.
Why it matters
Staffquorum is an installable web app. On a supported phone, the employee adds it to the home screen from the browser they already signed in on. After that, the icon opens Clock, Time off, and Me — the same mobile self-service, the same employee record. We do not publish a store listing. We do not ship a separate native binary. Install is a home-screen shortcut to the product. Punches still store device, IP, and location when the phone can provide them. Leave still routes to the manager of record.

How it runs
01
They sign in on the phone they already carry. Clock, Time off, and Me are already there.
02
The browser offers an install or Add to Home Screen step. That creates an icon. It does not send them to a store.
03
Next morning they tap Staffquorum. The clock is large. Time off and Me sit on the same bar. The record is the desk record.

They add Staffquorum once during onboarding. The handbook on Me and the clock on Monday do not depend on finding last week’s text with a URL.

Mobile employee self-service
Employees and managers get a phone bottom bar: Clock, Time off, and Me. Large punch controls, stacked PTO, and document or onboarding cards. Same record as the desk.
Time and attendance
Clock in and out with device, source IP, and location on the punch. Exceptions stay visible to the manager who has to sign them.
PTO and time off
Accrual rules, request workflows, and balances live on the person. Managers approve what they can see. Operators set a policy once.
Help and tutorial
Employees need to know how to punch and request leave. Managers need to know how to close a week. Staffquorum puts a short tutorial and contextual help in the app.
