Offboarding checklists

A last-day list with owners — not an IT offboarding suite.

Last day writes a checklist. Collect the badge, cut the accounts, keep the file. Owners by role. Remaining work stays visible. This is a task list on exit — not a full IT offboarding product.

Why it matters

When Priya’s last day is Friday, IT, the manager, and people ops each see their tasks. You do not reconstruct a hallway rumor about who still has a badge.

Staffquorum offboarding is the exit checklist on the employee file. The last day writes the list. Tasks have owners by role: manager, IT, people ops, the employee. Due dates follow the last day. The remaining-work view is the same list as onboarding. That is the job. We do not deprovision an identity provider, wipe a managed device, run an asset inventory, or recertify access across the stack. We will not rank other offboarding products on this page. Hire-side reminders still live on onboarding workflows. This page is the last-day list and the remaining work.

Remaining work

Accounts still open. Collect the badge. Keep the file. A task list on exit — not an identity-provider wipe or device suite.

On the record

What you get in Staffquorum.

  • Separation checklist on the employee file — same remaining-work view as hire.
  • Owners by role: manager, IT, people ops, the employee.
  • Due dates that move with last day.
  • Collect the badge, cut the accounts, keep the personnel file.
  • The record stays after someone leaves. The access does not.
  • Not a full IT offboarding suite: no identity-provider deprovisioning, no device wipe, no asset inventory engine.

How it runs

A week in this workflow.

  1. 01

    Set the last day

The last day writes to the record. The checklist appears with owners already assigned. Due dates move with that date.

  2. 02

    Do the work

IT, the manager, people ops, and the employee each see their tasks. Collect the laptop. Cut the accounts. Nothing is “someone else’s email.”

  3. 03

    Close the list

Open items stay visible until they are done. The file keeps the history. The list closes because the work closed.

Who uses it

Built for the jobs you already have.

Last days that used to leak access

Collect the badge, cut the accounts, keep the file. If IT misses a login, the remaining-work view still shows it — not a rumor in Elena’s head.

People ops covering the desk alone

One operator, two exits this week. The list is how they see what is still open without a side spreadsheet or a hallway chase.
