People ops covering the desk
Elena is out. Finance asks who is on the family medical plan. The next person opens Jordan’s file. They do not hunt a broker portal.
Benefits admin
Operators name the plans the company already offers. Enrollment sits on the employee record. That is light benefits admin — not shopping, not a carrier file, not open enrollment as a broker.
Why it matters
Staffquorum keeps light benefits admin on the employee file. You name the plans you already offer — medical, dental, vision, retirement, or the codes you use. Enrollment (enrolled, waived, employee-only, family) sits on that same record. That is the job. We do not shop carriers, quote premiums, run open enrollment as a broker, or send a carrier EDI file. We will not rank other benefits products on this page. Who is out Thursday still lives on the PTO calendar. This page is the plan list and who is on it.

On the employee file
Plans you already offer. Enrollment on the record. Not a carrier file or a broker marketplace.
On the record
How it runs
01
The plans you already offer. Medical PPO, dental, vision, 401(k) — or the names Elena already uses. Not a catalog we shop for you.
02
On Jordan’s file: enrolled, waived, family or employee-only. The next operator can open it without a second sheet.
03
Who is on which plan. Who waived. The file is the answer. Coverage for who is out Thursday still lives on the PTO calendar.
Who uses it
Elena is out. Finance asks who is on the family medical plan. The next person opens Jordan’s file. They do not hunt a broker portal.
Jordan starts Monday. The plans he is on should sit on the same record as site, manager, and the handbook — not in a welcome email someone forgot to file.

People directory
Name, job, site, manager, documents, and status sit on a single file. The directory is how you find someone — not a Friday export from payroll.
PTO calendar
Approved vacation and sick time land on a team calendar. Managers and operators see coverage for the week. Pending requests stay off the grid until someone signs them. Plan names and enrollments live on benefits.
Documents
Offer letters, handbooks, I-9 packets, and signed acknowledgements attach to the employee. Access follows the same roles as the rest of the product.
Roles and access
Operators, managers, and employees do not share a login. Sensitive fields sit behind roles you can explain to counsel — and to the person whose file it is.
Tell us your headcount and what you run today. We will write back from hello@staffquorum.com when we can show you the product.
