Hiring board

Job openings and a pipeline — not a recruiting suite.

Operators post a role. Applicants sit on that opening. You move them through a simple pipeline. That is a light ATS: openings and a board. Not sourcing, not a career site, not a full recruiting product.

Why it matters

When Maya asks who applied for the Dallas field tech, you open the opening — not a shared inbox named APPLICANTS_FINAL.

Staffquorum keeps a light hiring board next to the employee file. You name the opening — title, site, open or filled. Applicants attach to that role. Stages you already run: applied, screen, interview, offer, hired, declined. When someone is hired, they become the employee record. That is the job. We do not source candidates, syndicate to job boards, parse resumes at scale, run assessments, or host a public career site. We will not rank other recruiting products on this page. Once hired, invite and onboarding still live on those pages. This page is the opening and the pipeline.

Opening and pipeline

Applicants sit on the role. Hired becomes the employee file. Not a recruiting suite.

On the record

What you get in Staffquorum.

  • Openings you name — title, site, open or filled.
  • Applicants on that opening, not a shared inbox.
  • Pipeline stages: applied, screen, interview, offer, hired, declined — or the names you already use.
  • Hired writes the employee file. Invite and onboarding pick up from there.
  • Operators and the hiring manager see the same board.
  • Not a recruiting suite: no job-board syndication, no sourcing engine, no assessment battery, no career-site CMS.

How it runs

A week in this workflow.

  1. 01

    Post the opening

Title, site, open. Elena adds Field tech · Dallas. Maya can see the same role — not a second sheet.

  2. 02

    Applicants land on the role

Sam applied. Casey is in screen. They sit on that opening. You do not reconstruct a shared inbox.

  3. 03

Move the pipeline — or hire

Interview, offer, hired. Hired becomes the employee file. Declined stays on the opening so you can see who you already talked to.

Who uses it

Built for the jobs you already have.

People ops covering the desk

Elena is out. Maya asks who is in interview for Dallas field tech. The next person opens the opening. They do not hunt APPLICANTS_FINAL.

A hire that should become a file

Avery accepts. The opening is filled. Avery’s employee record is the same person — not a second sheet you copy on Monday. Invite and the hire checklist pick up from there.
